I just had my first visit yesterday, and everyone was super nice and made the place feel very comfortable. I would recommend anyone to come here, it is nice to see there are still good places to go for vision care.
I have been a VERY happy patient of Dr. Steven Thomas’ for over three years. With that said, I do not mind driving from downtown to his office – IT IS WORTH IT! He has been very professional and proactive in his medical attention to my needs. I made the change from hard lenses to soft lenses three years ago. We had to go through several brands to find the perfect fit. I did not realize that a normal person is not supposed to use eye drops several times a day. This was because I had the wrong type of soft contact lenses. Also I would like to thank the staff: Trinidad and Amy especially – they have been very understanding and helpful when needed. Finally I highly recommend Dr. Thomas to my friends as an eye doctor and will be very sad when he retires!

I just got my second pair of glasses from PVC. I love the choices they offer and help given in picking out frames. Can’t wait to be styling in my new glasses. Deborah and Mike are the best! Love the new decor! Thanks PVC . I would recommend your clinic to anyone!
I just made my first visit to this office. Love the new colors and the openness of the optical center. Dr. Thomas was extremely friendly and welcoming. Deborah was very helpful in picking out glasses and knowing what looks the best! Three thumbs up for Pflugerville Vision Clinic!
I have been a patient of Dr. Amie Bethel for over 5 years and have been 100% satisfied. She is a friendly, bubbly, professional doctor who knows what she’s talking about. If I have a problem, the staff gets me in quickly with a pleasant attitude. As long as I’m in Pflugerville area, these are my people!
Over the years I have purchased at least two pair of glass from this store and everything was perfect. However, the last time I just got a prescription and ended up getting my glasses somewhere else because this store wasn’t open late enough on a Saturday. Big mistake; I am now on my 3rd prescription and about to make my 3rd attempt at glasses that will work. Luckily the other company has a 90 day 100% satisfaction guarantee, but that doesn’t make me feel very good when the prescription keeps changing and it’s on their dime.

I recently moved to Austin from a small Hill Country town where everyone takes pride in their work and everyone knows each other. I was weary about going to doctors in the “big city,” but I recently had the best eye care experience of my life with Dr. Riegler. I had been feeling like my contact lens prescription wasn’t quite right, and Dr. Riegler was very thorough and intelligent in my exam. When I put the new contacts in (which were quite different from the Rx that I had been wearing for over a decade) I could see better than I had been able to in years! I so appreciated his quiet, studious approach to the exam. I am telling everyone I know about Pflugerville Vision Care. And the front office staff were awesome as well. I just went through the experience of picking out new eyeglass frames. Debra and everyone in that department were very helpful and patient. They went out of their way to make sure I had plenty of options and that I was happy with my selection. I would highly recommend visiting them the next time you need new frames.
