We participate with most major medical insurance companies as well as vision insurance plans. We can file claims for medical visits and/or routine eye examinations with your medical insurance and we can file claims for exams, eyeglasses and contact lenses with your vision plan.
We also accept Medicare, Medicare Replacement Plans and some Medicaid Plans.
We participate with local, state and national charitable programs and honor several Discount Plans.
If you have an HMO plan, you must have prior authorization from your primary care physician in order for the services we provide to be covered by your insurance.
It is a good idea to make sure we are in network with your insurance company before you make an appointment. You can contact either your HR department or your insurance company to find out. If you are not sure about your coverage, you can also ask them if you have benefits for routine eye care. Please remember to bring your insurance card with you to your appointment.
